Delivery


UK Mainland

FREE first class recorded.  The package will require a signature on delivery.

Scottish offshore islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.  Select the "Europe including channel islands" option.

Europe.  If you need the order to be sent to a european country then select this shipping option at checkout.  The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

 

USA & Canada.  If you need the order to be sent to the USA or Canada then select this shipping option at checkout.  The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the weight of your order.  UK sales tax will not be included in the purchase price but the order may be subject to local sales tax and/or import fees when it goes through customs.

 

Sending orders to other countries is no problem.  If you have any questions or live outside the Europe/USA/Canada then get in touch and we can let you know delivery prices.



Dispatch

Please note we will do our best to dispatch orders the following day for orders placed Mon – Thurs. If you are in a remote area please bear in mind the extra time required for delivery. Please don’t schedule or commence any installation until you have received and checked the goods.

Returns


I need to return an item for a refund/exchange
As long as the item is not used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange:
•    Goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
•    Goods must be in original packaging and packed to prevent damage during transit
•    Goods must un-used with the wax seal in tact.
Returned goods must be accompanied with a letter detailing transaction number, customer details and a brief description of why the goods are being returned.  Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first. Postage is non-refundable.

What happens next?
•    We will notify you via e-mail upon receipt of goods.
•    We will carry out your instructions as indicated on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
•    Full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.

My purchase was damaged/broken when received
We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there is a problem with faulty or damaged goods please contact us so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

When using email please include your order reference, this will ensure the speediest reply from our returns team.

•    We will refund postage costs but only Royal Mail 1st Class or Standard Parcels for larger items.
•    You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.

Shopping Online


While browsing the website, items can be added to the shopping basket by selecting a specific item in it's drop down and then clicking the "Add to basket" button. You will be able to “Remove” items from the cart or make a change to the quantity or colour at any time. To do this simply navigate to the "Shopping Cart" make your adjustments then click on the “Update Cart” to confirm these changes.  To show items on the site or in your basket in other currencies than GBP, select the desired currency at the top of the page. When you are ready to complete your order, click on “Checkout” button. If you haven't already, you will need to create a Radian Tools Account which securely stores your contact and delivery information for your order with us. After this simply follow steps which will take you through the checkout process quickly and securely.

Forgotten Passwords
If you have forgotten your password, follow the “Forgotten Password” instructions on the “Sign In” page. Radian Tools will send you a new coded password to use on the site. This password is case sensitive. You will be able to reset your password to your desired code once you have logged in with the password provided.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, Master Card, Maestro and Solo/Switch credit and debit cards, we do not currently accept American Express. Payment can also be made using PayPal Express Checkout. All credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal Business, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts card details in a secure environment. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

Radian uses Cookies to let us know you are a prior customer and thus you will not need to re-enter certain information every time you shop at the site.
